Switchbacks FC Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy

We want you to love your Switchbacks gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition, with original tags attached and a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following condition requirements:

  • Custom Jerseys are NOT returnable

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Item must be free from damage, stains, odors, and signs of wear

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached and intact

  • Item must not be altered, customized, or part of a final sale category

Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Online Orders or Game Jersey Pickup

Items must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated and no refunds will be issued once an item is donated.

Returns After 30 Days

Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date are eligible for merchandise credit only, provided they meet the condition requirements.

Returns Without a Receipt

If you do not have a receipt and we are unable to locate your order using your name, credit card number, or other order information, your item may still be returned for merchandise credit equal to the current selling price, provided it is unworn, unused, and all tags are intact.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and considered final sale: customized jerseys, gift cards, and custom 1-of-1 merchandise. These items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately at merch@switchbacksfc.com. We will work to resolve the issue.

In-Person Returns

Returns and exchanges can be made in person at the Switchbacks Shop, located at Weidner Field, 111 W Cimarron St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, or at the West Merchandise Stands during home matches.

Returns from Stadium Purchases

If you purchased your item at Weidner Field, you may return it during a future home match at West merchandise store. Be sure to have your order number, name, and contact information
